CZ P-01 & CZ 75 Compact long grips [without magwell]

The CZ 75 model has been manufactured by Česká zbrojovka Uherský Brod (CZUB) since 1975 and it is still one of the most popular service pistols worldwide.
Advantages of the CZ 75 model:
  • great ergonomics – comfortable grip
  • craftsmanship – high-quality materials and precise manufacturing ensure reliability and durability
  • excellent accuracy – the fixed barrel (inserted into the frame) makes the CZ 75 a very accurate weapon, appreciated by sport shooters, police, and armies in many countries around the world
The original model has undergone compact and lightweight modifications that better meet the needs of shooters looking for a firearm for EDC and self-defense. Among these models are the CZ 75 Compact and CZ P-01.

Model CZ 75 Compact – smaller, but still steel

The CZ 75 Compact model retains the steel frame and original design features, just in a reduced version. Thanks to its compact size, it reaches a weight of around 910 g. It represents an ideal compromise between accuracy, handling, and the possibility of concealed carry. The model appeals especially to fans of classic looks without experiments in materials.

Model CZ P-01 – lightweight service and tactical weapon

Compared to the CZ 75 Compact model, the CZ P-01 went the route of innovation in materials and design. Instead of a steel frame, it features a lighter and durable aluminum alloy frame, which reduced the weapon's weight to approximately 820 g.
Innovations also appear in design: integrated picatinny rail, decocker instead of manual safety, improved sights.
The CZ P-01 passed strict NATO testing, confirming that the weapon can handle extreme stress. At the same time, thanks to its low weight, it is also suitable for concealed carry and tactical use.

Long vs. short grips

In this category, you will find only long grips for the following CZ 75 P-01 and CZ 75 Compact models:
  • CZ P-01
  • CZ P-01 Ω
  • CZ 75 Compact
  • CZ 75D Compact
  • CZ 75D PCR
These grips can only be used if your firearm is not equipped with a magwell, because a magwell reduces the space available for the grip length. If you use or plan to use a magwell, choose from the short grips for CZ P-01 and CZ 75 Compact models.

What installing a magwell on the CZ P-01 and CZ 75 Compact brings

Magwells are used by sport shooters because:
  • They increase the weight of the firearm.
  • They enlarge the opening for magazine insertion.
Thanks to this:
  • They improve the stability and balance of the firearm, which contributes to more confident shooting.
  • They speed up and facilitate reloading even in stressful situations.
If you don’t have a magwell and don’t plan to get one, you’re in the right category.

What long grips can you choose from in our offer?

In our selection, you’ll find both original CZ grips and grips from leading firearms accessory manufacturers.

By material

Different grip materials not only vary in weight, but also in durability. Here’s an overview to help you choose what suits you best:

Aluminum

Pros: lightweight, available in various shapes, colors, and surface finishes
Cons: less scratch-resistant, absorbs less recoil
Recommended for: sport shooting (when a lighter setup is preferred), self-defense, EDC

Brass

Pros: durable and resistant to deformation, distributes weight well and improves grip, enhances stability and provides excellent recoil feedback, aesthetically pleasing
Cons: heavier and more expensive
Recommended for: sport shooting where control and precision are key

By size

The standard grip fits an average-sized hand. If it doesn’t suit you, you can replace it with a wider or thinner profile, which increases or decreases its volume, and the firearm will fit your hand better.

Wider profile (3D)

  • Fits shooters with larger hands better.
  • Improves the contact between the hand and the firearm; this makes the shot more stable and also helps you manage recoil better.
  • Also contributes to more comfortable gun handling and less fatigue, especially during extended shooting sessions.

Thinner profile

On the other hand, shooters with smaller hands are more likely to look for a grip with a thinner profile. It is also suitable if you aim for a more compact firearm size.
