General

1. CZ Parts is an online store registered in the Register of Economic Activities of the Czech Republic under Identification Number 09791183, VAT Number CZ09791183. CZ Parts is hereinafter referred to as the Seller.

2. These Terms & Conditions govern the relationship between the Seller and the Buyer regarding the purchase and delivery of goods distributed by CZ Parts.

3. An online order constitutes the conclusion of a sales contract. These Terms & Conditions form an integral part of that contract.

4. The relationship between the Buyer and the Seller is governed by these Terms & Conditions and the applicable laws of the Czech Republic.

7. Payments

Online payments are provided for us by the payment gateway Comgate. The service provider, Comgate a.s., is a licensed payment institution operating under the supervision of the Czech National Bank. Payments made through the payment gateway are fully secured and all information is encrypted. Further information and contacts at www.comgate.cz.

Returns Policy

CZ Parts provides a 14-day return and refund policy.

The Buyer has the right to return products within 14 days of receiving the package. The cancellation period expires 14 days after the courier confirms delivery.

To exercise the right of return, the Buyer must first contact us at info@cz-parts.eu.

A return request must be submitted in writing (by email) within the 14-day period. If this condition is met, returns will always be accepted without further questioning.

Upon cancellation of the sales contract, the full value of the order will be refunded within 10 business days of receiving the returned goods.

The refund will be issued to the same payment card used for the original order. No transaction or processing fees will be charged to the Buyer.

The Buyer must ship the goods back within 14 days of notifying us of the return, unless otherwise agreed. Returned items must be in unused, new condition. If the item has been handled beyond what is acceptable in a retail store, we reserve the right to proportionally reduce the refund amount. The Buyer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

Warranty

The Buyer may not return items without prior consent from CZ Parts. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

CZ Parts does not accept returns after more than two years from delivery. Return shipping is covered by the Buyer, unless the reason for return lies with CZ Parts.

CZ Parts reserves the right to determine the proper course of action in all cases.

Complaints

If a problem arises within the warranty period (usually 24 months), the following procedure applies. Do not ship products to us without prior confirmation.

1. Contact us by email at info@cz-parts.eu, stating the order number and a description of the issue.

2. We will confirm whether the goods can be shipped for complaint handling.

3. The Buyer ships the goods as a registered, trackable parcel to our business address.

4. If the complaint is justified, we will either issue a refund or provide a replacement, as agreed in prior communication..

Payments

Payments are accepted exclusively in EUR via online card payment.

Online payments are processed by Comgate. Card details are not visible to the merchant.

Account

When using the website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for preventing unauthorized access. By registering, you accept responsibility for all activities under your account. Inform us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

Ensure your registration details are accurate and up to date. You can update your information in the "My Account" section of the website.

Privacy

We are committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with applicable personal data protection laws.

Accessibility

Website maintenance may occasionally affect availability. While we strive for uninterrupted service, temporary outages due to repairs, maintenance, or upgrades may occur.

Copyright

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and data, is the property of CZ Parts or its content suppliers. Any reproduction or adaptation for commercial purposes is prohibited without prior written consent.

Customs Procedures

International deliveries may be subject to customs duties and taxes, payable by the Buyer. CZ Parts has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Buyers should consult their local customs authorities for details.

Ordering Process

When you place an order, you will receive an email confirming receipt and details of your order.

The sales contract is concluded when we send a dispatch confirmation email. Items not included in this confirmation are not part of the order.

Product Description

We strive for accuracy, but do not guarantee that product descriptions are error-free. If a product is not as described, please notify us immediately.

Risk & Ownership

Risk passes to the Buyer upon delivery. Ownership transfers only once CZ Parts has received full payment for the goods.

Pricing and Availability

Prices displayed are exclusive of shipping, insurance, import duties, and taxes, unless otherwise stated. Shipping and any additional charges are calculated at checkout or by manual quotation.

Product availability is listed on the website, but cannot be guaranteed. We will notify you by email if any ordered items are unavailable.

Delivery

Goods are usually delivered within 4–6 weeks from dispatch. If not received, the Buyer should:

1. Notify us at info@cz-parts.eu after 6 weeks have passed since dispatch.

2. CZ Parts will initiate an inquiry with Czech Post, which has up to 90 days to respond.

3. If the shipment is declared lost, CZ Parts will receive an insurance payout.

4. Based on agreement with the Buyer, CZ Parts will either resend the order or issue a full refund including shipping.

CZ Parts is not liable for indirect or consequential losses due to delivery delays.

Membership

CZ Parts reserves the right to terminate memberships at its discretion. We are not liable for data loss or other damages caused by membership termination.

Colors

We aim to display product colors as accurately as possible, but variations may occur depending on your display settings.

Disclaimer

Due to the nature of the Internet, communications may be subject to delays or errors. CZ Parts shall not be held liable for reliance on website content.

Other Rights and Obligations

The Buyer acquires ownership of goods by paying the full purchase price.

The Seller is not bound by any code of conduct as defined in §1826(1)(e) of the Civil Code.

Complaints can be submitted via info@cz-parts.eu. Responses will be sent to the Buyer’s email.

Out-of-court dispute resolution is provided by the Czech Trade Inspection (www.adr.coi.cz). EU consumers may also use the online dispute resolution platform at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

The Seller is authorized to sell goods under a trade license and is subject to oversight by relevant trade authorities and the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection.

The Buyer assumes the risk of changes in circumstances as defined in §1765(2) of the Civil Code.
